GETTING STARTED
Ready to set up an evaluation for your child? We can’t wait! In order to get started, you will need to have a referral (prescription) from your child’s pediatrician. Once you have that, all you have to do is call one of our three clinics to set up your child’s first appointment:

What to Expect
Your child’s first appointment is their evaluation. Our team will have you fill out the new patient forms if you haven’t already submitted them online and discuss our clinic policies with you. Then one of our therapists will complete your child’s evaluation and discuss your concerns about your child’s development. If pediatric therapy is recommended, we’ll get your child scheduled for their next appointment
